Most of you already now that you can order directly from us a high resolution walk-through video based on your layout. We have now made a number of improvements to the quality (and will continue to do so). Contact us if you would like more information on how to turn your project into a selling video.

Fotosketcher is a very nice free software, which makes it possible to change the look of your ECDESIGN images. You can at the click of a button turn an normal image into looking like a sketch drawing for example.

Now you can use ECDESIGN on your IPAD or other tablet. All you need is a remote desktop app and access to your computer. We recommend Jump Desktop (www.jumpdesktop.com) as it has worked the best during tests.
Get the remote desktop app and download the client for your PC. Then simply start the app and you will be able to run ECDESIGN, which is installed on your PC. Remember that your computer needs to be turned on and you also require Internet access on the IPAD (wifi or 3G).

You can easily upload a real-time 3D scene on a website and/or share with others?
This is how you do it:
In ECDESIGN go to FILE and then select EXPORT 3D.
Create a folder with a name and save the file.

This will create a folder with the VRML file and a texture folder, then upload the folder to the website and create a link to the 3D file.
Anyone will now be able to view and walk in 3D layout, they will however need to download a 3D viewer the first time.
There are many 3D viewers on the market, but we recommend BS Contact which you can download a test version from here.

Financial services giant American Express recently conducted a global "customer service barometer" of the US and nine other countries. Getsatisfaction has put together a very interesting fact sheet based on the information.

We can create great looking commercial walk-through videos in photo realistic quality, music, logotypes, but sometimes you just want to record your 3D walk directly from your screen. This can be done using screen recording software. One we really like is FRAPS. Fraps has a free version, though we recommend buying the full version ($37) as it will record in higher resolution and without watermark.
